How to Build a Custom PC

Building your own PC can be rewarding and cost-effective. Follow these steps to create your dream machine.

1. Choose Components: Select a CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM, storage, PSU, and case. Verify compatibility here.
2. Prepare Workspace: Use a clean, static-free area with proper tools.
3. Install CPU: Place the CPU in the motherboard socket and secure it.
4. Install RAM: Insert RAM modules into the motherboard slots. It is best you use DIMM Slot 2 and 4.
5. Mount Motherboard: Secure the motherboard in the case.
6. Install GPU: Insert the GPU into the PCIe slot.
7. Connect Storage and PSU: Attach SSD/HDD and connect power cables.
8. Cable Management: Organize cables for airflow and aesthetics.
9. Power On: Connect to a monitor and boot the system.
10. Install OS: Install Windows or your preferred operating system.
